RENEWAL OF ISO 14001: 2015 ENVIRONMENTAL CERTIFICATION

It is with great pleasure that we inform you that Italtronic s.r.l. has received, from the international certification body DNV, the three-year renewal of the UNI EN ISO 14001:2015 certification of its Environmental Management System, which can be downloaded from our website.

The Environmental Management System, together with that of Quality Management and of Safety, makes up the constantly updated Integrated Management System which allows Italtronic to guarantee standards of excellence in terms of Health, Safety, Environment and Quality of its processes, through the active involvement, at different levels of responsibility, of all the staff working inside the plant.

Italtronic is constantly engaged in the prevention and control of the environmental impacts generated by its activities, through investments aimed at improving the energy performance of the plants, at containing emissions into the atmosphere, at safeguarding the soil, the subsoil, as well as surface waters, using packaging with greater environmental sustainability and properly disposing of waste, maximizing recovery.

In this regard, we recall that the positive conclusion of the process of issuing the Single Environmental Authorization (AUA) with the imposition of new, more restrictive limit values, introduced a further improvement, confirming the guarantee that the air quality standards will be met.
